Most recently, Michael has been engaged in the design and construction of a new restaurant, The Grandview in Olde Town Arvada, Colorado. Over the course of the summer and into the new year, he and the owners Doug Oppliger and Kevin James have taken a distressed property and turned it into a beautiful new restaurant with exciting food and an already booming clientele. The concept was to create a down town feel in Arvada. This has been very succesful.
